Override low confidence match Empty Override low confidence match

I'm trying to run through my Hellblazer run on CLI, that's about 250 issues I've got. But the scanners (ugh, I hate when they do this) put their signature over the barcode and it results in a "low confidence match." Could there be a feature to disable that or account for slight variations like that?
