[FIXED] Double wide covers

Likely well known about but often covers span front and back meaning they are double wide.
There are several areas in CT where these are shown squashed to the expected single page dimensions. e.g. auto tagging in progress pane.
It makes no difference to the functionality but it is bit ugly.
